London Theaters :
INTRODUCTION
Many people would agree that London really is the Entertainment Capital of the
World. With the extensive variety of shows that take to the stage each day, it
brings people in from all corners of the world. Whether your preference is for a
famous opera such as the 'Phantom of the Opera', an energetic musical like
'Saturday Night Fever' or a Shakespeare Tragedy, London suits your every need.
It really is not too much of a surprise that over 11 million tickets are sold
annually in 49 theaters. A real benefit for London Theater goers is that, unlike
many European cities, there is no summer break so the Theater can be enjoyed at
all times of the year.
Blood Brothers A thrilling story with plenty of laughter and tears along the way. A mother gives away one of her twins at birth only to pay her price in later life. These twins live diverse lives as friends until, torn apart by the love of one woman, their mothers pay the price for a lifetime of betrayal. Still going strong and one of the longest running shows in West End
Stomp The British theatrical sensation, Stomp, comes to the West End for the first time following its runaway success at the Roundhouse and Sadler’s Wells, to make music from the mundane. Their unique, award wining show, which has thrilled audiences all over the world, combines elements of theatre, dance, comedy and percussion to turn the clutter of urban life into the source of infectious rhythm and wonder. Moreover, you never thought a dustbin lid could sound so good!

They both employ super-slick lawyer Billy Flynn to keep them in the headlines and away from the gallows, in doing so making them huge stars.
Mamma Mia! Set in the present day of a tiny, mythical Greek island, Mamma Mia!Tells the story of a mother and her soon to be wed daughter, who has secretly invited three of her mother’s past boyfriends to the forthcoming wedding – one of whom could be her father. The 39 Steps - John Buchan’s gripping whodunit – memorably filmed by Alfred Hitchcock in 1935 – has at last been thrillingly adapted for the stage. This hilarious brand new version is performed by four actors playing a minimum of 150 roles and transfers to the West End after a sensational sell-out run at the Tricycle Theatre.
Buddy - Tells the story of the three years in which Buddy Holly became a music legend. It is a tale that starts with his first recording contract, moves through his move to New York and ends with the rock 'n' roll extravaganza that is the Winter Dance Party.

Fiddler on the Roof - the much-loved musical tale of a Jewish family in Tsarist Russia facing emotional turmoil and physical upheaval. At the heart of the family, and the story, is Tevye, an old-fashioned father who wants to see his daughters married in the traditional Jewish way.

Spamalot - the new musical lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
